Since 2003, the IAAB Conference has served as an international forum for academics, journalists, artists, and community leaders to discuss the development, challenges, and needs of our global community. The first and biggest program of its kind, presenters join IAAB from the Middle East, Europe, Australia, Asia, and North America, bringing a truly global perspective to these important conversations.

Unfortunately, despite IAAB's initial victory in the Fourth Circuit regarding speakers for IAAB's International Conference, the Supreme Court overturned the Fourth Circuit decision in its June 26th ruling supporting the Muslim ban. As such, IAAB is unable to hold its International Conference in the United States any longer. Plans for a 2019 International Conference to be held outside of the United States are underway. To learn more, join us at the Hagop Kevorkian Center for Near Eastern Studies at NYU on September 22nd-September 23rd. IAAB will also be announcing more details later this fall.
